SHIPPING:  

U.S. locations ONLY. 

We offer both standard and expedited shipping for most U.S. orders.  Your order will be shipped by USPS.  Expedited shipping options include USPS Priority Mail or Overnight Delivery. 

Guideline to Shipping Times 

USPS         3-10 Business Days    

ALL carriers are experiencing an influx of shipments to fulfill. This means tracking information could be delayed, as well as package deliveries. Unfortunately, we do not have control over package delays once received by USPS.  Customers will receive confirmation from us that their order was processed and will be provided a tracking number. This is in effect for all orders shipped including Priority and Next Day deliveries. All inquiries on order status once it leaves our facilities should be directed to the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS:

To help us process your return/exchange in a timely manner please follow these four steps within 7 days of purchase:  

Pack the item(s) securely. All merchandising must be in the same, saleable condition as when you received it.  Customers cover all shipping charges.  Include proof of purchase (invoice), plus your name, address, email, phone number and order number (if applicable), and a brief description of why you’re returning the item.  We suggest using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by phone or email.  If your shipment was damaged, email or call us and we will get another shipment back out to you. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.  You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
